Shop Iowa is a statewide online marketplace for Iowa’s brick and mortar retailers, as well as Iowa makers. This site is an initiative of the Iowa Economic Development Authority and currently supports 650+ small businesses and over 5,000 products online.
Made in Nevada is an organization helping Nevada businesses connect in meaningful ways – for mutual benefit and to create opportunities as vast and brilliant as Nevada itself. Member Marketplace worked with the Nevada SBDC to create this one-stop-shop for their members to promote their products.
Shop Wyoming is sponsored by the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to assist business recovery from the effects of the pandemic and provide new opportunities to make businesses more resilient in the future.
Launched in partnership with the North Dakota Small Business Development Center. Shop North Dakota highlights small businesses throughout the state. Businesses that are members of the State’s Pride of Dakota brand brand have a unique identifier on their business and products giving the brand extra credibility.
Built in partnership with the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center Network (SBDC) and the NorCal Small Business Development Center, small businesses are typically brand new or new to e-commerce. The businesses take part in a 6-week online cohort program “From Start to Cart” that enables their business to learn the basics of setting up their business, building an online store, and marketing to customers.
Built in partnership with the Latin American Chamber of Commerce Charlotte, Shop La Plaza aims to help small businesses within the Charlotte area with the support, network, and online retailing to advertise online.
Customers can also buy products online from various businesses listed using the site.
Built in partnership with Tourism Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. This partnership with Tourism Santa Fe primarily attracts visitors from out of state who are eager to recreate the experiences they had during their last trip, as well as purchase souvenirs that they may have missed on their prior visit.
Built in partnership with the Greater Cleveland Partnership and their COSE program. Small businesses throughout the Cleveland are are eligible to participate on the website and sell their goods, list their services, or link directly to their website for further connection and engagement on their own websites.
Built in partnership with Venice MainStreet in Florida. This site is a way to highlight their amazing downtown businesses and the uniqueness of the Venice, FL area.
Built in partnership with Main Street Oakland County in Michigan and individual Main Street Districts that have all come together with the unique purpose to market and promote their downtowns together through a shared marketplace that benefits all the participating districts and businesses on the platform.
The Shop Black Iowa marketplace is partnered with Iowa C.O.R.E. Inc. and their Rethink Iowa™ initiative, which partners with local community stakeholders in public-private ventures to design community-owned resources and incubate the Rethink-Iowa™ ecosystem.
Our standardized ‘Shop Where I Live’ platform is a non-customized e-commerce marketplace, offering a range of services to small businesses. We partner with local chambers of commerce, main street organizations, and economic development groups, to help them promote and sell their products and services. Our sites feature multiple business types, with an option to checkout directly on our site or the businesses.
